CONSULTATION SERVICES
At Everton Forbes Immigration Consultancy Inc. Services
Inc,
our Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) provides personalized guidance on
immigration law through detailed consultations. These sessions involve:
– A
thorough assessment of your situation
– Personalized legal advice and
recommendations
– A recap of our discussion and next steps
WHAT TO EXPECT
During our 1 hour consultation, we will:
– Assess your
eligibility for various Canadian immigration programs
– Review your case and
provide personalized recommendations
– Explain the application process in detail
and address any questions you may have
After the consultation, you will receive a personalized follow-up email summarizing our discussion recap and outlining recommended next steps.
PAYMENT TERMS
The client is required to pay the booking fee as indicated on
the booking page.
GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the
Province/Territory of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The purpose of the consultation is to provide a
comprehensive analysis and advice on Canadian immigration options, including estimated
time frames, application fees, and representation costs (where applicable).
LIMITS OF ENGAGEMENT
The services provided under this Agreement are limited
to a single consultation on the matter described above. Additional information or advice
requires a separate written agreement.
RESCHEDULE OR MISSED CONSULTATION
To reschedule, email
info@evertonforbesimmigrationconsultancyinc.com at least 24 hours before the booked
consultation time.
Consultations can only be rescheduled once. If a client is more than 15 minutes late,
the appointment will be automatically canceled, and there will be no refund.
REFUND POLICY
The client is entitled to a refund of any unearned fees, less a
10% administrative charge. Fees earned by the RCIC on the scheduled consultation date
and time are non-refundable.
OTHER CONDITIONS
– Client responsibility: Provide accurate and honest information.
– Advice current on the date of consultation: Based on current Canadian immigration law and policy.
– No guarantee on the outcome: RCIC does not guarantee success.
– Confidentiality: All information provided is kept confidential, except as demanded by law.
– Applicable law: Governed by the laws of the Province/Territory of Ontario, Canada.
While our consultation offers expert guidance, it’s important to note that it does not guarantee admission to a Canadian educational institution or a visa. However, it provides valuable insights and empowers you to make informed decisions, setting you on the trajectory to achieving your goals in pursuing a state-of-the-art education in Canada.
